Terms of service.

Payments are non-refundable. Due to the high volume of orders dates are not secured until payments are made. The Sugar Rush is not responsible for deliveries not collected once delivered. The Sugar Rush Dessert is not responsible for any food allergies. All desserts a baked in a facility that may house nuts.

SHIPPING

Due to our products being perishable deliveries are only done Monday-Wednesday. The carriers used are UPS, USPS Express, FED EX 1-2 Day. Once tracking provided you are responsible for collecting your dessert at drop off time. Due to some extreme heat temperatures in some season’s dessert should not be left outside for long periods of time.
